This adventure game offers a unique challenge by requiring players to explore new terrains while honing their skills in American Sign Language (ASL), Fingerspelling, and/or Cued Speech.

The game features a total of 20 mini-quests, incorporating over 2,200 ASL terms, 900 Cued Speech terms, and 900 Fingerspelling terms. Players can either encounter these terms randomly throughout the mini-quests or access them all conveniently in a study dictionary.

The initial 10 mini-quests concentrate on a variety of topics such as vocabulary, numbers, colors, mathematics, patterns, shapes, directions, the alphabet, conversational words and phrases, as well as essential emergency terminology.

Subsequently, the following 10 mini-quests in the Expanded Universe mode allow players to practice any of the terms at random.

A helpful scroll keeps track of completed quests while a map displays visited locations and enables quick teleportation to previous destinations.

Players have the option to select their preferred communication style among ASL, Fingerspelling, or Cued Speech and set the game difficulty level from Beginning, Intermediate, to Advanced. Upon successful completion of the game, players can continue with mini-quests in the Expanded Universe or restart the game with new settings for a fresh gameplay experience.
